Portoseguro is Serpentine Sans Bold Italic. with extra italics, and the slight serifs trimmed off.

A comparison. It's exact. I didn't even have to do anything to the letter spacing. So it's 100% Serpentine Sans.

Servico is Linotype Plaza.
The original image has been condensed slightly. You can see this by looking at the O.

Actually it's Serpentine Sans Bold Oblique, italicized an extra 10 degrees.
