After sending me a link to the forum rules, which I am already well-aware of, I responded to her message, asking why the thread was deleted. After a delayed response, I decided to post the thread again, re-wording it, hoping she would not delete the thread. That, too, was deleted.

I then created the thread again, this time, outing mv118's rude behavior. That was deleted, followed by a message, threatening to IP ban me. I'm absolutely sure mv118 will delete this thread too, but I'm hoping to get the word out there - this is not ideal for a moderator. I've attached a screenshot of the message (I'm assuming mv118 went into my messages to delete any other conversation with them).
