Hello my dear fellow font-fanatics

Need the help of the person that knows what is the font name of the 3 initials of the monogram at the top of this image...PLZ HELP

And the italics at the bottom, is that Times New Roman Italics...?

I don't think it's Serlio, or Times Roman for the bottom.

As you know there are many many serif fonts, and the difference between them can be very slight. Unfortunately your sample image is so low-res that we cannot get a good look at the subtle details.

I think that the bottom line of text is the same font as the other text, but the italic version.
