looks like "Narkisim Regular" but it's not
what font are they?

It could be Optima, but your sample image is so poor (low-res) that one can't be sure.

I'm confused; you're second image is not the same font as the first. The font used in the second image appears to be Trajanus. The font used in the first image MAY be Trajan Sans.

Hi Lower Case, it's the same font. from Pink Floyd's A Momentary Lapse of Reason album.
I tried Penumbra but not is it.
