It is malware. You may have noticed that, instead of a font, you are getting an .exe file, a program. That supposedly "downloader" will not install fonts (i tried it) but instead had secretly installed malware in a matter of seconds (in a fashion that would autostart malicious software next time i boot the PC, etc.)
Do not download or execute the exe file when you click the download link.
