I think it IS an actual font, but perhaps it has been embellished and made more floral.
I've already cleaned up the image and tried, not given any results.
For me, it is not a font
I know there is a pen that does not know the name, you write on a small screen and goes straight to the pc.
If the person has good handwriting is perfect.
Logically it has nothing to do with writing with brushes.

That is my hand lettering and not a font.
I do the lettering on paper then scan it in and touch it up on the computer.
Been hand lettering for about 30 years - 22 of them for American Greetings.
