We can't compare Helvetica and Paris.
Helvetica is a corporate font, while Paris is typically poster one, made for illustrators.
Its cutting is very beautiful, it's a laborious work.
Paris is thin and pointed, like a Juliette Gréco which mimics Sous le Ciel de Paris.

It's an old font Toledo (TypeShop Collection), renamed Toledo Serial (by SoftMaker), and I believe it's available on this forum,
without italic versions.
