It's similar (as Pixiel has already said) to
Sneaker Script with swash and standard ligature OTF features.
Even in the description he mention's the 70's, so I think the designer based his font on the WhiteSnake logo.
What do you think ??

A comparison. It's exact. I didn't even have to do anything to the letter spacing. So it's 100% Serpentine Sans.

Looks like a slightly altered version of
Zinger Italics without the bottom line, and the letter spacing closed up.
